As a result of their quality work, Action has grown from one person to a thriving team of 17 in just 4 years. Eleven of the 16 vehicles in the fleet are fitted with Navman.

Claytons Towing Service

From cars to semi trailers, Clayton's Towing Service transports and tows anything on Australia's Sunshine Coast. They also provide breakdown and towing services for Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) callouts. To help the business run more efficiently, Mike Clayton, the company's Towing Supervisor, knew they needed a tracking system to see where their vehicles were and reduce their reliance on 2-way radios.

Mullane Maintenance

For more than 80 years, HL Mullane & Son has been providing the highest quality plumbing, drainage and gas services to the Hunter Region. Mullane Maintenance, one of five of Mullane's separate companies, has 20 trades people available 24/7 for plumbing, electrical and roofing repair, maintenance and emergency services. With increasing growth, Mullane Maintenance experienced the challenge of keeping track of and scheduling jobs for each trade vehicle. They looked at employing one person full time for the job, but that wasn't a cost effective or successful solution. So they turned to Navman and haven't looked back.

Reid Stockfeeds

Reid Stockfeeds has been in business for 25 years, supplying mixed feed to Victoria's dairy, poultry and pig farms. Starting from very humble beginnings, they now turn over $44 million pa between two mills and with their recent 50% purchase of a third mill, they expect to generate $70 - $80 million this year. Through a supply chain benchmarking exercise, they discovered that they met world best practice in many areas but their freight costs were too high. They investigated vehicle tracking options to help improve efficiencies. Reid Stockfeeds looked at alternatives but chose Navman Wireless based on recommendations of others and their Telstra account manager. Today, Reid Stockfeeds has Navman Wireless Tracking installed in 13 vehicles and will increase that number as they become more involved in the running of the new mill.
